Family Focus
 Parents and guardians are integral to treatment at Brandon. Brandon offers family therapy in addition to individual and group therapy that boys placed here receive: Family Therapy:Family Therapy utilizes the specific strengths of an individual family. Family therapy usually addresses communication patterns, behavior management, support solidifying the role of parents, addressing concerns of having a child placed outside of home and other challenges facing families. Brandon is committed to making family treatment accessible by every family. Brandon therapists can arrange evening sessions for parents with daytime obligations and offer weekend sessions, when possible. Brandon also assists families in using Skype Video Conferencing when an in-person session is not possible. Brandon offers taxi transport from the Riverside T Station on the Green Line in Newton, MA. For long-distance families we offer complimentary hotel accommodations near campus. Family Visits:Our 35 acre campus, residences and school offer many settings for private or accompanied family time. Spaces are available for families to share lunch or dinner, or to play board games, catch, or basketball. For off-grounds visits, the Natick, MA area offers many family-friendly attractions and activities within a very short distance from campus. Nearby sites include:
