Case Management

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Case Management Team at the area's leading residential treatment center for boys with emotional and behavioral difficulties. Become a part of Brandon's innovative treatment program working with clients and their families and being a liaison between departments and agencies.

1. Bachelor’s Degree, preference given to social work or psychology majors
2. Valid driver’s license
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Experience with or desire to learn meeting facilitation
5. Organization skills and ability to multi-task

1. Complete intakes and admission paperwork
2. Facilitate treatment teams and quarterly conferences
3. Develop treatment plan goals and assist staff in plan implementation
4. Understand client’s behavioral and emotional functioning
5. Maintain frequent communication with clients’ families and outside collaterals
