DEPARTMENT
Residential

1. Sleep in the residence and be available when requested
2. Check in with the over-awake person for shift duties, prior to going to sleep
3. Check in with the evening staff regarding clients’ behaviors
4. Be available and on the floor at 6:30am on school days, and 8:00am on weekends, or as needed
5. Set limits and manage behavior of clients when needed
6. Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed

1. High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred
2. Experience with similar population preferred
3. Minimum 3 years experience.
4. Must have a valid MA driver’s license
5. Able to participate in physical interventions
