DESCRIPTION

The Assistant Residential Coordinator is responsible for the overall management of the program and ensuring the highest quality of service to clients by creating an atmosphere that is safe, respectful, and positive for all.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Bachelors degree strongly preferred
-have at least 2 years of supervisory experience working in a residential facility
-be able to participate in physical interventions
-have a valid MA driverís license
-be an effective communicator
-have an upbeat, confident and assertive personality

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

-Provide ongoing supervision for unit supervisors
-Actively participate in required meetings
-Collaborate with other members of management regarding staff discipline, staff motivation and other departmental concerns
-Participate in the on-call program
-Oversee the operations of the program as a whole
-Assist the administrative department with program licensing processes
-Complete other duties as assigned
