This clinician will provide therapy, case management and coaching services to youth and their families in natural settings for the youth such as homes, schools and other places in the community as dictated by the needs of the clients. Treatments will be youth and family centered, strength-based and solution focused. Clinicians will develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with the clients and help the youth and their families identify their strengths and gain insight into the youth’s behavior. Treatment will involve skill building for both parent and youth. This role involves providing crisis intervention, with an on-call component.
*Master’s degree in relevant Human Service/Mental Health field- with a valid professional license
*Minimum 2 years experience in a therapeutic role in varied settings
*Clinical internship during graduate career
*Training and experience working with youth and families- including family therapy
*Solid clinical theory body of knowledge and the ability to apply the theory
*Strong verbal, writing and interpersonal skills
*Flexibility; able to work in a variety of team settings
*Valid DEEC CORI check
*Valid MA license with a reliable vehicle that is legally registered, insured and inspected in MA is mandatory
Salary is to be discussed.
