Evening (Mon-Thurs 2:30-11:30pm, Fri 12-4pm)
Weekends (Fri 12-11pm, Sat & Sun 9am-11pm)
Overnight Awake (Thurs-Sat *OR* Sun-Wed 11pm-9am)
Overnight Asleep (Thurs-Sat *OR* Sun-Wed 11pm-9am)

Evening / Weekend: $9.00 - $11/hr Depending On Experience
Awake Overnight: $10-$12/hr (includes $1/hr overnight differential) Depending On Experience
Asleep Overnight: $7.50/hr

1. Dedication to at-risk youth
2. Experience with similar population a plus
3. High School Diploma / GED; bachelors degree preferred
4. Reliable transportation (we are NOT MBTA accessible)

1. Actively attend and participate in residential meetings, department meetings, treatment teams, and conferences.
2. Assist clients in daily routine/ADL skills.
3. Facilitate appropriate boundaries and social interactions with clients.
4. Plan and run therapeutic activities for clients.
5. Set and maintain consistent/constructive limits while providing a corrective learning experience for clients.
6. Provide support with non-violent physical intervention.
7. Provide professional role modeling for clients.
8. Work as a team with all Brandon staff, programs, and departments.
9. Communicate all pertinent information effectively and efficiently to team members.
10. Complete all documentation, conference reports and forms on time.
11. Attend all required orientations, training and meetings.
12. Actively participate in and utilize supervision by bringing agenda items, setting goals, etc.
13. Assist in maintaining appearance and cleanliness of the residence and show respect for program equipment.
14. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested by supervisory or administrative staff.
